1 Hour Out of Narita... Please continue to pray :)

Please continue to pray... today's NRT-DEL flight was cancelled due to the severe weather in Tokyo.  Lord, keep our travelers safe and warm...

Finally Up and Away...

Our intrepid team is finally off! 3:06 PM: 2 hrs 20 min late, but they should arrive about 6:55 PM JST, only 1 hr 55 min late (Praise God for tail winds).  But their fabulous travel planner has allowed some flex time for this very purpose... whatta woman!  Their next leg will take off tomorrow (Monday for them) at 11:35AM JST (4:30PM our time tomorrow).  Please be in prayer for them during this time.  It can be very draining.  And especially pray for safety in the snowstorms currently occurring in Tokyo that have already caused flight delays, including theirs.

Got pushed back 2 hours due to snow in Japan. But it's all good BC we got free pizza :)
Just talking story now and getting even more stoked for what has been prepared for us to do!!!

Delays along the way

Looks like it's going take a little longer

Ready to Launch!

L-R: Rachel McIver (Stephen's wife), Keane, Uncle Creighton, Stephen McIver, Ko Wilson-Ku and Kamu

Sending a special SEAL team to India to begin planning next steps for India Impact Initiative. 4-man team consisting of Uncle Creighton, Keane, Stephen McIver & Ko Wilson-Ku.

From Uncle Creighton:
"From the beginning God gave us a vision that as we partnered with the local church in Mussoorie, India, there would be an overflow of living streams that would touch a nation.  It was a bold promise for a rural village with a population no larger than the island of Kauai. Over the past eight years, we have faithfully sowed into the church, the local leaders and the boys in Mussoorie.  In this next season, God is beginning to reveal His plans to use this rural community at the base of the Himalayan range to touch a nation.

"Joe, who founded the churches in Mussoorie and Laos, will be overseeing the entire world mission organization for the Assemblies of God denomination.  His vision is to base his headquarters in Mussoorie.  All missionaries will be trained and equipped from there.  We will be joining him in prayer and building plans for this next season.  Our team will also be ministering and encouraging the boys of the Firs."
Very excited for these men as they take bold steps into India.  Please be in prayer for them each step of the way.
